Claire Murray korábban túlsúllyal küzdött, de kitartásának és életmódváltásának köszönhetően immár 90 kilótól szabadult meg. Rendszeresen edz, és elképesztően jól néz ki!

A most 35 esztendős Claire Murray élete három évvel ezelőtt vett hatalmas fordulatot. Túlsúlya miatt már alig fért be a repülő ülésébe, majd amikor hazatért a törökországi nyaralásról, eldöntötte, életmódot vált. Elkezdett rendszeresen edzőterembe járni, és naponta elment futni. Kitartása meghozta a várva várt eredményt, mára 90 kilótól sikerült megszabadulnia – számolt be róla a The Sun.

A testmozgás ma már az élete szerves részét képezi, ráadásul a munkáját is a szenvedélyének köszönheti: immár edzőteremben dolgozik.

A hirtelen fogyás következtében a bőre nem tudott rendesen visszahúzódni, így plasztikai beavatkozásra volt szüksége.

TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY ⠀ ⠀ Sometimes it is so unbelievably hard when your starting any big journey in life to see where the end is.⠀ ⠀ The strongest factor for success is self - esteem. Most of us when we are at the start distinctly lack it in the bucket loads. I hear you.⠀ ⠀ I remember the nights spent crying. I remember thinking no way can I get to where I want to be for sure. Having to dig so far down into those emotions can be so hard. Especially when you have buried them under a false bravado.⠀ ⠀ Believing you can do it, believing you deserve it and believing you will get there is the first step. I used to sit and visualise where I wanted to be. Think about how I would feel and how much of a positive impact that would have on my life to get me through every session and every rep. ⠀ ⠀ I used to visualise myself standing on a podium holding a medal silly I know but it worked. That along with a load of power ballads in my ears ⠀ ⠀ Know that there is something greater inside your that is far greater than any obstacle you will face. No one can make you feel inferior unless you let them.⠀ ⠀ To be a champion you have to believe in yourself when nobody else will. HUMPDAY ⠀ ⠀ It’s mid week it’s time to evaluate. This is when we start to get tired maybe slack a bit. We are only human right?⠀ ⠀ If you need a rest. Take a rest. I always have Wednesday as my rest day because it’s when I tend to get fatigued by this time after 3 days training.⠀ ⠀ Rest is so vitally important and you need to acknowledge what your body is telling you. You make the gainz when you are resting after all.⠀ ⠀ Listen to your body. Learn to understand when it’s motivation or you need physical rest. Do you need to de - load? ⠀ ⠀ I’ve been doing some extra accessory work for booty building after weightloss it went flat as a pancake so it’s something I have been putting extra effort on or fine tuning ⠀ ⠀ Your brain needs trained just as much as the body. ‍♂️TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY ‍♂️⠀ ⠀ If you want to completely change your life you can do that. If you want to build a better life you can.⠀ ⠀ The three key components you need are ⠀ ⠀ ‍♀️ A good structured exercise plan ⠀ Balanced eating ⠀ The belief you can ⠀ ⠀ You don’t need to be on some mad ‘diet’ I hate the word diet with a passion. It promotes restriction and a mindset of negativity most of the time.⠀ ⠀ You simply need to eat within your calorie allowance and obviously if your aim is to loose weight like mine was you need to be in a slight deficit. That doesn’t mean a 500 calories a day diet that’s mental. You should see the amount I eat haha! It’s loads.⠀ ⠀ I pick good balanced food groups. I think of every meal as being structured around a protein source, a carbohydrate source and veg/fruit. It’s a simple rule that anyone can follow. So when I look at my plate I think do I have these three elements on it. ⠀ ⠀ Fats are not the devil they just need to be monitored and saturated fats need a wee eye kept on them. They are an integral part of helping your body function.⠀ ⠀ Carbohydrates are an important part of brain function and energy production. So why would you want to cut them out? Carbohydrates are my fav ♥️⠀ ⠀ Everyone has different bodies that metabolise some things better than others and by monitoring what you eat you will learn how your body responds.⠀ ⠀ Small changes can make a big difference. By creating the awareness of what you are eating you will immediately become more in tune with your body and how it feels with certain things.⠀ ⠀ Most of all you need the believe that you can. You need to create habits and change behaviours. If you don’t change something you will keep getting the same outcome. ⠀ ⠀ Follow people that inspire you and promote positive energy.
